Welcome to The Art of Life Method

The Art of Life Method is a fitness and well-being system of gentle exercise. The basic components of this method are the warm-up, consisting of a series of 13 different gentle stretching movements integrated with Qi Gong breathing exercises, and traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. The routine includes a 20 minute warm-up followed by learning and practice of the Tai Chi movements as repeated single movements and combinations of movements strung together in the long form section by section. The goals of the Art of Life Method are twofold:
- The primary goal is improved health and maintenance of good health leading to overall wellness and a good quality of life.
- The secondary goal is a gradual mastery of Qi Gong and the 108-movement Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan form taught in the classes.

The practice of the Art of Life Method is the practice of a health movement that develops both body and mind through its integrative principles – harmonizing of the breath, physical movements, mental concentration and visual focus.
