In the business world today, increasing health costs associated with employee burn-out, illness and stress, make prevention programs a necessity rather than a luxury. In our competitive marketplace, productivity and retention of quality employees is often determined by benefits as well as the compensation package each company extends.
Workplace Wellness Programs - Everyone Benefits
A recent review of selected U.S. workplace health promotion initiatives showed a positive return on investment values ranging up to $8.81 per dollar spent on the program. Canadian workplace health promotion programs cut absenteeism rates to half of the national average, and bring cost benefits of three times return for every dollar invested. These statistics provide powerful arguments for the business case for organizations to invest in health and wellness promotion for their employees.

Why Choose The Art of Life Method?
- The courses are designed to focus solely on the fitness and well-being aspects of Tai Chi Chuan.
- Our program first prepares the students with a good basic understanding of how the method works—its foundations and guiding principles—and then provides the skills to put the physiological elements to work in practice.
|
- The warm-up segment (the first 20 minutes of every workout consisting of gentle stretching combined with Qi Gong breathing techniques) has been designed to gently release the maximum amount of stress.
- We understand how valuable your time is. Our programs can be tailored to suit the time (and space) or other special needs of your establishment.
- Classes are offered twice per week to give busy employees scheduling options.
- Students are provided with hand-out information detailing the warm-up movements and other essential concepts that form the foundation of the Zuo Method to aid with recall in the early stages.
